We collect the following information:

The personal information collected allows SPCTE Inc. to open an account in your name, to subscribe to the newsletter, to process your order and to compile statistics.
Personal information is kept only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, after which it is securely deleted or anonymized.
When you visit spcte.com, only the IP address of your computer is recorded, but it is not linked to any personal data.
If you register for a training, the personal information you provide — such as your name, email address, and billing details — will be stored in a secure database hosted by Likuid, located in the province of Québec, in compliance with Canada’s Anti-Spam Law (C-28).
Some data related to your registration may be processed or stored on servers located outside Canada (notably in the United States).
SPCTE Inc. ensures that appropriate contractual and security safeguards are in place to protect this information, in accordance with Québec’s Law 25.
Only employees or managers of SPCTE Inc. have access to the information you have provided on the site. All personal information collected by SPCTE Inc. are backed up in secure locations as well as in controlled servers.
In no case SPCTE Inc. shares, sells or rent its subscriber’s list to a third party.
In the event of a confidentiality incident that could result in a risk of serious harm, SPCTE Inc. will follow the procedure required under Law 25, notifying the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec and, if necessary, any affected individuals.
By completing the forms or questionnaires submitted by SPCTE Inc., you agree that this information is used for commercial purposes, under the conditions indicated above. You may, at any time, correct or oppose the processing of personal information, by contacting us by email or by mail. Questionnaires filled out as part of a program purchased by the client remain completely confidential.
We will never ask you by email to provide us with confidential data (credit card number, passwords). In addition, it is suggested to each user to take all appropriate measures to protect his personal data when browsing the Internet.
Log files and cookies
We use the services of Google Analytics and third party solutions which collect certain information through log files and cookies. It concerns mainly the following informations:
-IP adress
-Operating system
-Pages visited and requests
-Time and day of connection
The use of such files allows us to improve our service and for statistical purposes. We do not collect information that allows Google Analytics or any third party solutions to personally identify an individual.
Right of opposition and withdrawal
You can evade cookies by emptying the cache and removing cookies from your browser (type “delete cookies” in your browser to find the procedure).
We are committed to providing you with the right to oppose and opt out of your personal information collected when you subscribe to our newsletter or make a purchase. You can unsubscribe to our emails by clicking the unsubscribe link in our mailings. You can contact us using our contact form to remove your other personal information from our lists.
